Delivery

The deadline to update your delivery address/pickup location is Friday at 11:59 p.m. Please email us at support@ufitmeals.com.

Delivery times will be from 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. on Sunday and Wednesday mornings.

Yes there is a $5 fee for deliver. We deliver to Gainesville, FL; West Palm Beach, FL; and Tampa, FL.

Upon processing your order, we will ask for this information.

Leave your cooler bag and ice pack outside your door every Saturday and Tuesday night for your UFitMeals driver.

You will be billed once for the insulated bag if and only if it is returned every week. If the bag isn't found outside during pickup, we will charge your card upon your next purchase.

That's OK! We deliver your meals in an insulated bag with multiple ice packs in order to keep it chilled and ready.

We don't offer pickup at this time.

 

Food

Yes, snacks must be refrigerated or the quality will expire. Please refrigerate (at 41 degrees Fahrenheit) all meals/snacks so that quality is maintained.

CATI has thoroughly cooked all the meals provided to you, but we advise you to reheat all your meals properly. Begin by removing lid from the microwave-safe containers, and heating should be done for 60–90 seconds; allow food to be evenly distributed for proper heating. If you choose to heat your meals via oven, transfer the food to an oven-safe container and heat for no longer than 15 minutes at 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Meals containing more than 600 calories should be cooked anywhere from 90 seconds to 150 seconds. Snacks can be eaten cold or, depending on the snack, heated for no more than 30 seconds.

All meals are made fresh the day of delivery. We prefer you not to freeze your meals as this affects the quality of the meals.

Meals have been tested prior to delivery and will hold up based on specific days addressed. Please use proper refrigeration (at or below 41 degrees Fahrenheit) for all meals/snacks so that the food quality is maintained.

 

Ordering

Unfortunately yes. CATI makes all of our meals fresh prior to delivery which includes procuring ingredients. We require that payment be made every Sunday before 11:59 p.m. for delivery on the following Sunday. Payments processed after 11:59 p.m. on Sunday will be processed the following week and meals two weeks from the payment date.

Payment options include all major credit cards.

All payments are processed through a subscription only. You have the ability to freeze your account for a future date.

 

Personal Fit Meal Plans

The Personal Fit Meal Plan offers everything you need to achieve your goals, including customized meals created from our culinary team, one-on-one counseling from a registered dietitian, email support,  nutrient regimen, and exercise programs (options).

It is best to stay within your calculated meal plan, but we understand life happens, such as birthdays, celebrations, etc., therefore, our dietitian will help accommodate these circumstances. This plan provides all of the food you need to eat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This plan starts at $349.99 per week. For payment options, please contact us at support@ufitmeals.com.

Yes, this plan requires a minimum of an 8-week commitment, but we do allow you to do a 1-week trial.

 

Meal Plans

CATI provides meals as a 5-Day Plan, Monday through Friday, for our Taste of Health, Primal, Plant-Based, and Olympian Meal Plans.

The nutrition facts and ingredients are listed on all the meals and on the website.

Yes. You are able to choose exactly which meals you would like included for the Taste of Health, Primal and Plant Based Meal Plans. For the Olympian and Personal Fit Meal Plans, you are able to choose more specifically the ingredients found within the meals.
